Physical Description

Tibetan headdress pendant in brass and turquoise. Most of the face of this pendant is covered in turquoise decorated designs arranged vertically. The smallest of these decorations is the lowermost one. The two uppermost are roughly the same size. The second-lowest design is the largest, being tear-shaped. This design incorporates a smaller tear-shaped feature within the larger one. These turquoise designs are fitted into a brass base which has two levels containing two of the designs each. These two pieces of base are linked by a strip of brass which curves inwards towards the wearer. There is an elaborately decorated brass border to the second-most highest turquoise design.
