Physical Description

One round lead bullet in soapstone mould. Soapstone mould consists of two matching halves. A short piece of metal on each slots into a hole on the other, thus ensuing that the two halves are correctly aligned. Criss-cross markings are engraved into both sides of the bullet mouldings. Extending from the central moulding cavities of these round 'tabs' are cavities which produce a fluted or tapering hole into the centre once the two halves are fitted together. The exterior surfaces of these two halves have suffered some damage from chipping.
