Sword, Scabbard, F81.85

Long sword - katana. Hilt with black rayskin wrapped in grey cord (more tape-like than cord-like). Menuki in dark metal with gold highlights of dragons. Kashira and fuchi are plain. Iron tsuba of quatrefoil design with Japanese characters stamped into it. Tsuba has openings for kozuka and kogai. Scabbard is of glossy black lacquer with deeply indented or ribbed surface. Kurikata with cord (black, blue and grey). Cord possibly not original. No slots in scabbard for kozuka or kogai. Harmon (temper line) is a fairly straight line.
