Bottlenose dolphin, Tursiops truncatus, VT2554

Physical Description

Skull and lower jaws of a bottlenose dolphin. There are a few remnants of dried soft tissue in the skull. Teeth are preserved in place in the left side of the lower jaw only. Teeth are worn. Remnants of gum tissue around the teeth.
