Tarakihi, Nemadactylus macropterus, VT2840

Physical Description

Mounted skin of a Tarakihi, in its natural state but with some varnish on the surface. The PL side has an incision along the midline closed by stitches. Two metal hooks are also present on the PL side for attachment to a wall or display case. A prominent spine is seen on the PR pectoral fin.
