New this year, celebrate the natural world by capturing a video of wildlife in action. Take unique shots of animals or plants, highlight environmental issues or the spirit of conservation and enter your best still or moving images in the Otago Wildlife Photography Competition to be in to win great prizes from Jonathan’s Photo Warehouse.

Search Centre Activity

Meet some of the world's unexplained and fantastical animals. Drop into the Search Centre to find out about cryptozoology (the study of and search for unbelievable beasts) and use your knowledge to solve the case of the Loch Ness Monster.

For a holiday full of fun and excitement, sign your kids up for Discovery Squad at the Otago Museum. Offering awesome themed activities, Discovery Squad activates and stimulates young minds.

 

Whole day sessions: $52 per child, 8.30am–5.30pm; half day sessions: $29 per child, 8.30am–1pm or 1pm–5.30pm; 10% discount when booking all 9 days.
Weekdays during the school holidays from Tuesday 7 April to Friday 17 April.
