Waka Huia, Cast, D2013.8

Physical Description

Cast of large rectangular wakahuia, no lid. Identical koruru style heads at each end serve for hanging, the forehead of one missing above eye. Two figures run from each end separated by a male and female figure running from the middle sides flanked on each side by a figure running out to the end of the side. Silver painted eyes represent paua eyes. Smoothed interior with broken rim at the end with missing forehead.
