Physical Description
Salawar Yatangan' or Khyber knife. Straight, heavy, singe-edged blade tapering from hilt to point. Wide rib at back. Unguarded hilt, two pieces of white horn or ivory riveted to tang. Pommel projects on one side, iron ring on end. Black leather covering wooden scabbard chapped by symmetrical design, engraved in silver showing Persian characteristics (register)?
