Wooden, made in one piece with cords attached. Upright shaped on bottom; cross bar curved along underside and notched (3 sets of 4). Undecorated. Metal strip held with two screws on back of anchor arm and tacks placed trough harakeke strip and through centre of perch arm. Another two holes possibly indicating removed tacks on head end of anchor arm below drilled hole with chord attached.
