Physical Description

Brass Shiva figure, seated cross-legged on a cushion. Four arms - left lower bent forward and holding bowl in palm of hand; left upper holding a weapon with a round end; right upper holds a torch or a fork; right lower holds a sword. At the feet lie two sheep heads and what looks like a horseshoe (this is a lingam in a yoni). The cushion is on a throne which rises in an arch behind the figure of Shiva. The base is decorated with two dogs and a pair of feet at the very bottom.
