Centre top has printed pattern of gold five-pointed star within a stylized wreath centred on concentric banners, all above calligraphic motifs.
Lower edge has gold printed images of planes, rocket, tower, satellite dish, pylon, trucks and industrial enterprise. Pencil note on back reads "Good News", presumably a translation of the calligraphy on the front.
