Physical Description

Lidded netsuke - kagamibuta. Circular ivory case with fitted metal (bronze) disc. Disc has two figures - one a grotesque male holding a long whip-like piece of fabric, the other is partly obscured and possibly female. Cracked across base. Perforated in base with red wool cord threaded through. Unsigned.
