Physical Description
Ivory figurine of a male carved in the half-round style mounted against a back plate and standing on a stylised lotus throne. The figure is an old man dressed in a long robe which is open over chest and belly, exposing exaggerated breasts. He holds a tasselled fan in his right hand. The old man is bearded and his hair is tied up into vaguely butterfly shapes above his ears. Back plate has an engraved pattern of clouds on it.
