Jug, F70.139

Jug with handle which has terminals across the middle. At the base of each terminal protrudes a curved flourish which is repeated either side. The spout is round and its attached to the main jug with a rope-like decoration. The handle, spout, rims and decorative flourishes are all coloured in a glaze of green tones. The jug is painted with an image of a ship at sea which is repeated on the opposite side and indispersed by a geometric triangular pattern.
