Horse mackerel, Trachurus trachurus, VT2863

Mounted skin of a Horse mackerel. The PR side is preserved as natural and PL side has an incision along the midline closed by stitches. A small incision is also seen on the top of the head. There are two metal wire hooks protruding from the left side for attachment to a wall or display case.
